Ok, was thinking about fare-dodging and stuff as brought up by another blogger on my previous post.
Got me thinking about cheapskate things I may have done.
I went to the Asda near work last week and picked up a sandwich and yoghurt for my lunch. The yoghurt was priced on the display as £0.80p but when I got to register after standing in line forfuckingever it rang up at £1.20.
I told the wonderfully job concious gum chewing girl who looked so bored she might as well have been asleep about the price difference. She then slowly told me that she could not change price there but I should go to customer service counter for refund.
So I then went and stood for 30 minutes waiting to get to front of line for my £0.40 refund.
It's called principle NOT cheapskate !!! ![]()
So ... what is the most cheapskate thing you have done or percieved to have done?

I'm sure she could have done something about the price difference, like make sure the original barcode was covered. I wouldn't have thought ASDA's checkout system isn't much different from Sainsburys!
